Depression

Please pray that God will help me. I’m depressed and lonely. I live with my daughter and she is mad because I have a male friend. She won’t speak to me and wants me to move. Her dad cheated on me our entire marriage which she knows about. He has since passed away. I just don’t understand! Please help!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear anonymous friend who is in need of your help and comfort. Lord, you are the source of all strength and peace, and we ask that you would pour out your love and healing upon them in this time of depression and loneliness.

Father, we pray for reconciliation and understanding within the family. We ask that you would soften the heart of their daughter and grant her the grace to forgive and let go of any anger or resentment. Help her to see the pain and struggles her mother has faced, and to extend compassion and love towards her.

Lord, we also pray for guidance and wisdom for our anonymous friend as they navigate this difficult situation. Give them the strength to stand firm in their faith and to trust in your plan for their life. Help them to find peace and contentment in your presence, knowing that you are always with them.

We lift up the past hurts and betrayals that our anonymous friend has experienced in their marriage. We ask for healing and restoration from the pain caused by their late husband's infidelity. May they find comfort in knowing that you are a God of redemption and restoration, and that you can bring healing to their wounded heart.

Father, we pray for a renewed sense of purpose and joy in their life. Surround them with supportive and loving friends who can provide companionship and encouragement. Help them to find solace in your Word and in prayer, knowing that you are always listening and ready to comfort them.

We claim the promise in Psalm 34:17-18, which says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that you will answer this prayer according to your perfect will.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
