I am not feeling well. I have had a tough year and a lot of negative things occur to me. I am not a perfect person, but I try to be a good person and help others when needed. Please pray that I am emotionally restored and that my relationships are restored as well.

I struggle with depression and anxiety and it’s really bad right now. I feel like giving up. I know that I can’t but that’s where I am. I have a lot going on at the moment and really need strength to go on.

In a deep depression
Every second is filled with a heavy feeling so I do nothing. I know it don’t help but I feel frozen in sadness & fear & confusion of losing myself….i pray to get back to the person I was a month ago….thank you in advance for your prayers i feel so very lost 😞
