depression weight gain

Please pray that I can lose weight. I am on antidepressants and they themselves have made me gain. I need help, I'm so sick of being depressed and fat. Pray God put me on something that will make me lose weight instead of gain and that he give me the willpower to diet and exercise. I also pray that I stop being depressed, antidepressants don't seem to work for that either.

Father, we pray today that You would impart strength and willpower upon this person. You ask us to care for our bodies, our temples, and sometimes we need a little help doing so. Take this willing spirit and give it strength and commitment. Create a fire for physical activity, a taste for healthy food, a spirit of joy and achievement. You are the only help we need, Father. Cast all depression and anxiety from this life and bring it to a fullness of love and joy through Your mighty power. Thank you for walking with this person through this time and for the blessings of success they will enjoy. Amen.

Dear Father I ask for help with this person and the desire they have to loose weight and be healthy. Father, I ask that You send the right people to be an encouragement to this person. God give them willpower to do what is right, even though it is hard. Please move in their emotions and help their depression. Shower them with Your Word . Praise You God.

Deliver this dear one from oppression and weight gain. Set their body right in Jesus name.

Make it function properly, in Jesus name. Cause them to "take control", in the name of Jesus.

Guest - I have walked where you are walking, I have felt what you are feeling. Know this - GOD LOVES YOU! He is the God of more than enough to take care of your needs.

I too had a weight problem most of my adult life. I met a person who changed my life and his name was JESUS! I gave it to him and he sent me a messenger, an encourager, a flesh and blood helper in the storm of my life. I gave up bread, sugar and all white products (flour, rice, pasta, potato and most dairy) I learned to eat healthy for the first time in my adult life and love to eat my vegetables and fruit. I cut up a little meat on my salad but I have a large salad everyday..... at least 3 - 4 cups. It has worked for me. As I lost the weight, I found my self esteem. You can do it! I stand with you in this battle.

Father in Heaven, I thank you for this day and for this opportunity placed before us. I stand with these mighty prayer warriors on behalf of this person seeking help in over coming this problem. Deliver ths guest from the devil's snare. Help them to take control for you have said our body is your temple. I have been where this dear one is now. You have heard my fervent prayers for deliverance many times and know the difficulties I had with my own weight gain and loss. We stand in agreement with the guest and ask for compassion and help. Help them to take one step at a time and one day at a time to overcome. Help them to see how much you love them and want them to succeed.

I pray protection over them and bind satan from the darts he is trying to throw their way. I cast his influence away and ask for complete healing for the depression as well.

Give them perfect peace as they heal. In thy precious Holy name, A-men.
