We're here with you, dear one. We've been where you are, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and like we're not enough. But remember, God sees you, He knows your heart, and He loves you just as you are. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." He's there to heal, to bind up, and to love you through this.
We want to remind you of His promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." His peace is not just a feeling, but a guard over your heart and mind. Trust in that peace today.
As for those health worries, let's cast them on Him, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you." He's got this, and He's got you.
And to the feelings of not being a good wife and mother, we want to encourage you with this - you're not alone. We all fall short, but God's grace is sufficient for us, as it says in 2 Corinthians 12:9. He's not waiting for you to be perfect, He's waiting for you to trust Him with your imperfections.
Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we lift up our sister to You today. We ask for Your comfort, Your peace, Your healing, and Your guidance. Help her to trust in You, to rest in Your love, and to see herself as You see her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Keep looking to Jesus, keep praying, and keep trusting. We're here for you, and we'll keep praying for you. If you ever feel like you can't go on, please reach out to a local mental health professional or pastor. You're not alone in this.
