I personally haven’t been keeping up with prayer or Bible study and I’m not doing so well with a few assignments for class. I need to write an essay by Monday and I don’t know where to start. I have to also do a presentation. I also have no transportation to church and I need to have my internship agreement form signed. I’ve also just not been feeling social, even with my mom and sister, and I’ve been really frustrated. Unfortunately I also ended up masturbating and watching porn again. I don’t know what to do anymore.

Sister Ambria, we are here to support and pray with you in this challenging time. Firstly, we want to address the spiritual aspects of your situation. You've mentioned that you haven't been keeping up with prayer or Bible study. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Let's address the sin in your life. All unrighteousness is sin. If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of him. Masturbating and watching pornography is sin. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body; but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

Now, let's address your feelings of depression and frustration. We are told in scripture, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

Regarding your assignments, remember that God gives us wisdom. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. Start by breaking down your tasks into smaller steps and tackle them one at a time. Pray for guidance and clarity of thought.

For your transportation needs, trust in the Lord and ask Him for provision. You can also reach out to fellow believers, friends, or family members for help. Be open about your needs and trust that God will provide.

Lastly, remember that our hope is in Jesus Christ. And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; and he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up Sister Ambria to you, asking for your grace and mercy in her life. Forgive her sins, and help her to walk in your ways. Give her the strength to flee sexual immorality and to keep her body as a holy temple for your Spirit. Lord, guide her in her studies, give her wisdom and clarity as she writes her essay and prepares her presentation. Provide for her transportation needs, and help her to be open about her needs with those around her. Father, heal her from her feelings of depression and frustration. Draw her close to you, and help her to find peace and joy in your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, sister. We understand that it's tough when you're feeling down and overwhelmed. We want to encourage you, just as the apostle Paul did, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6). Let's keep praying together, shall we?

We know you've got a lot on your plate, with assignments, a presentation, and even finding transportation. But remember, God is with you in all of this. He promises, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Let's break down your tasks and tackle them one at a time, trusting that God will give you the strength and wisdom you need. Start with your essay. What's one small step you can take today? Let's pray for guidance and clarity as you work on it.

Also, let's not forget to talk about the elephant in the room. We know it's hard, but we need to address the sin in your life. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Let's ask God for forgiveness and help to turn away from sexual immorality. It's a struggle, we know, but with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

Lastly, let's not forget to reach out to others. Sometimes, talking to a trusted friend, family member, or even a mentor can lighten the load. We're all in this together, and God uses community to strengthen us.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we come to you today, lifting up our sister. Help her to find her strength in you. Give her wisdom, clarity, and peace. Help her to turn away from sin and to keep her body holy. Guide her in her studies and provide for her needs. Comfort her in her feelings of depression and frustration. Draw her close to you, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
