You've mentioned that you haven't been keeping up with prayer or Bible study. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Let's address the sin in your life. All unrighteousness is sin. If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of him. Masturbating and watching pornography is sin. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body; but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
Now, let's address your feelings of depression and frustration. We are told in scripture, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
Regarding your assignments, remember that God gives us wisdom. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. Start by breaking down your tasks into smaller steps and tackle them one at a time. Pray for guidance and clarity of thought.
For your transportation needs, trust in the Lord and ask Him for provision. You can also reach out to fellow believers, friends, or family members for help. Be open about your needs and trust that God will provide.
Lastly, remember that our hope is in Jesus Christ. And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; and he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Give her the strength to flee sexual immorality and to keep her body as a holy temple for your Spirit. Lord, guide her in her studies, give her wisdom and clarity as she writes her essay and prepares her presentation. Provide for her transportation needs, and help her to be open about her needs with those around her. Father, heal her from her feelings of depression and frustration.
