We join you in lifting up your dental appointment today, trusting that God will guide the dentist's hands and give you peace throughout the procedure. We pray for healing and that the appointment goes as planned.
Let us pray:
Father, we come before you, and we ask You to guide and steady the dentist's hands, to bless this appointment. We pray that You will also help the one praying, by seating any anxiety or fears about this procedure. Lord, if there are any plans that will not benefit the one praying, then we ask You to work Your will and change the planned procedure. We trust You. Thank You for Your guiding hands and Your neverending love.
We are glad to hear that Jesus was named, as it is by His name that we have access to God. We also lift up the woman in your life who recently lost her husband. We pray that God will comfort her, as we read in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB:
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
May God be near to her as she mourns, and may she find solace in His love. Let us also lift up the crew of prayer warriors and your family, asking God to strengthen and encourage them in their walks with Him.
Finally, we are told in Romans 8:28 WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We know that ultimately all these things, including the dental appointment, will work together for good for those who love God. The Bible also tells us in 1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB:
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
It's good to humble ourselves before God, so let's remember who He is and put our worries on Him.
We are praying with you, and we trust God to move powerfully.
