We understand that you're in pain and seeking prayers for healing and a good dentist as you have a dental appointment today. We appreciate that you've mentioned Jesus in your prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
First, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your healing touch. They are in pain and are going to the dentist today. We pray for Your healing power to flow through their body, easing their discomfort and promoting quick recovery. Guide the hands of the dentist, granting them wisdom and skill to provide the best care. Help the patient to have courage and strength and be at peace. May Your will be done, and may You be glorified in this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to trust in God's care for you, as He is always working things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Also, consider the words of the Apostle Paul in his letter, to praise God even in difficult times.
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:23 WEB)
Remember that God is faithful and that He hears your prayers. Trust in His goodness and His plan for your life. Also, consider sharing your faith with your dentist if there is an opportunity, and maybe you can be a blessing to them as well.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God's will and live according to His Word if you have a spouse or are considering marriage or a relationship or possibly a courtship. We encourage you to follow biblical principles.
Walk in love, even as Christ also loved you and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance. (Ephesians 5:2 WEB)
