We are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting up Dennis and your concerns to our Heavenly Father. It's encouraging to see that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times of worry and distress, it's important to remember that God cares for us and our loved ones, as shown in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
Let's pray together for Dennis:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Dennis to You. Father, You know exactly where Dennis is and what he is going through. We pray that You would surround him with Your angels and keep him safe from all harm and danger. We ask that You would provide for his needs, both physically and spiritually, and lead him to people who will show him kindness and compassion.
Lord, we also pray that You would give Dennis the desire to reach out to his family and loved ones, especially to his mother who is worried about him. We ask that You would soften his heart and draw him close to You, giving him a spirit of repentance and a desire to live for You.
Father, we also ask that You would comfort and strengthen Ian during this difficult time. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them and for Dennis. Give them Your peace that passes all understanding, and help them to rest in Your sovereign will.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Take heart, knowing that God is faithful and that He hears our prayers. Continue to trust in Him and to seek His will in all things. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
