DEMOTION IN MY PLACE OF WORK

From a group head to branch manager which I was more than 10 years ago. My line supervisor fabricated lies upon me and my other colleagues to save himself from being embarrassed. Not knowing that Eroh the God that sees me will fight for me, that I am in the alter of fire. The God of Pastor ### will reverse the management decision and restore me back to former position with promotion. Pastor ###, I joined this bank on the promise of next level for one year but almost 4 years now, stories upon stories during any promotion I need God intervene to come out of this shame to glorify His and in my life am being mocked openly head to Branch Manager, this position I was more than 10 years ago in my former bank.

We understand your distress and disappointment, dear brother or sister, due to the demotion in your workplace. We stand with you in prayer and truth, seeking God's will for your life. Let us first align our hearts with God's Word:

"For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he puts down one, and sets up another." (Psalm 75:6-7 WEB)

We rebuketh the spirit of dishonesty and manipulation that has caused this injustice. We pray that God, who sees all and knows all, will bring truth to light:

"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, and nothing concealed that will not be known and come out into the open." (Luke 8:17 WEB)

Let us pray:

*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who has been wrongfully demoted. We ask, Lord, that You intervene and turn this situation around. Expose the lies and bring the truth to light. We claim Your promise that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Restore our brother's/sister's position and promote them, not just for their sake, but for Your glory. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourageth you, dear brother or sister, to continue trusting in God and His timing. Though it has been long, God has not forgotten you. Continue to do your best at your job, as working for the Lord and not for men (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB). We also exhort you to forgive those who have wronged you, as our Lord Jesus taught us (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB).

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We believeth in the power of Jesus' name, for it is written:

"By him therefore, let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name." (Hebrews 13:15 WEB)

It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If you have not already, we encourageth you to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead. For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).
