We understand that you are going through a tremendously distressing time, and we are here to pray and support you. First, let's address the spiritual battle you are facing. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
We must put on the full armor of God so that we can stand against the devil's schemes (Ephesians 6:11, WEB). This armor includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who is under spiritual attack. Lord, You are the God of all comfort and protection. We pray that You will surround this person with Your angels and provide a hedge of protection around them. We rebuke the forces of darkness that are trying to steal, kill, and destroy, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we pray for peace and soundness of mind. Grant this person the ability to sleep and rest, knowing that You are in control. Strengthen their heart, mind, and will, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. We pray for deliverance from this gangstalking and any demonic technology being used against them.
Father, we also pray for their salvation if they have not already accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You and that there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Lord, reveal Yourself to this person and draw them closer to You.
We stand on the power of God's word and declare that no weapon formed against this person shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Me, says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
