Glairoinion, we understand that you're seeking deliverance from sexual dreams and a spirit of stagnation. We commend you for reaching out and recognizing the need for prayer and support in this area.
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with our bodies. Sexual immorality, even in dreams, can be a reflection of what's in our hearts and minds, and it's important to guard against such things and do not give opportunity for such thoughts.. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB:
"Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Stagnation can come from various sources, but it's crucial to remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. As 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB says, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Glairoinion. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness if there has been any sexual immorality, even in dreams. Purify their heart, mind, and body, and help them to flee from such thoughts and desires.
We rebuke any spirit of stagnation and command it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, fill Glairoinion with Your Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. Give them the strength and wisdom to walk in Your ways and to glorify You in their body and spirit.
Lord, we also pray for Glairoinion's salvation, that they may believe in Jesus Christ, the only way to eternal salvation if they have not already. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Glairoinion, we encourage you to continually fill your mind with the Word of God and things that are pure, lovely, and of good report. As Philippians 4:8 WEB says, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If you have not already, consider this your invitation to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior if you have not already.
