We join with you, Elfbaugh, in your petition for deliverance from evil. It is wonderful that you have included that this request is in Jesus' name. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father. In John 14:6 WEB Jesus declares, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." In John 14:13 Jesus also tells us "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son,"
We stand with you in prayer, asking for God's protection and deliverance. In Ephesians 6:11 WEB, we are reminded to "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Let us pray together:
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking deliverance for Elfbaugh. We ask that You cover Elfbaugh with Your precious blood, protecting them from all evil. Equip Elfbaugh with Your full armor, so that they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Grant Elfbaugh the strength and courage to resist temptation and to walk in Your light. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any evil that may be surrounding Elfbaugh, and we command it to flee. Lord, we thank You for Your unfailing love and protection. Guide Elfbaugh as they seek to live a life that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As you face these challenges, continue to trust in the Lord. In Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, we read, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Remember, God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. In 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB, we are reminded, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
