Let us take this burden to the Lord in prayer. We will ask God in Jesus Christ to come to His child's aid. Let us encourage her to daily put all of her trust in Jesus, He alone can help her. We will reply to her and pray with her in her time of concern.
Firstly, it is commendable that your sister is seeking the Lord's help in her situation. It is important that as Christians seeking to be obedient, we must not allow fear to control us, as the Bible tells us God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We know this is true as it comes from the bible and we can easily find the basis for this in God's written word.
We should pray to the Lord God to deliver your sister from this fear. We should remind her that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister in Christ who is experiencing fear due to an employee working in her home. We pray that You would deliver her from this fear, Lord, and fill her with Your perfect love, which drives out fear.
Lord God, we ask that You would protect her and her home. We pray to You Lord that this woman will come to believe in Jesus Christ, please also provide her with gainful employment elsewhere so that she will no long work inside this household. Help her to trust in You and not be afraid, knowing that You are always with her and will never leave her nor forsake her as Your word says in Joshua and also Hebrews.
The Word of God reminds us in Psalm 56:3-4 WEB, "What is man, that you are mindful of him; the son of man, that you care for him? You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings, and crowned him with glory and honor." So we pray that You would act and demonstrate your love for her. We pray all this according to God's Holy will. Because it clearly says in Psalm 56.9 in the WEB, "The day I called, you answered. You encouraged me with strength in my soul." We pray for Your intervention and for strength for her soul. Finally, as she is a believer in Jesus Christ, we pray these things in His name.
Lastly, let us encourage her to speak boldly to her Heavenly Father, acknowledging that He alone is her God. He will strengthen her and help her; yes, He will uphold her with His righteous right hand as it says He will in Psalms. He is her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Say not then in your heart that God is far off or that you shall be cut off by any means. React to the stress and events in this world only after first connecting with God in Jesus name.
As she is a Christian Sister, let us then remind her that she has Jesus, the son of God as her ally. We should remind her that Jesus Christ will have compassion and sympathy for her situation. Because He came to this world in the flesh, took our sins with His death on the cross and overcame sin with His resurrection. She now has access to the throne of grace of our Lord because she believes in him! She can receive mercy, and together we can receive grace and help in time of need. So because we are not ashamed, we will not hesitate to come boldly to the throne of grace, where she can receive mercy, and we shall find grace to together help in time of need.
