We understand that you're seeking deliverance from spiritual oppression, Robert. Firstly, it's crucial to address that deliverance and spiritual warfare should be done in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and it is by that name we are saved. There is no other way or name by which we are saved.
The Bible tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12. We are reminded that Beelzebub, which means lord of the flies, is one of the names given to Satan. When the Pharisees accused Jesus of driving out demons by the power of Beelzebub, He rebuked them and said that Satan cannot be divided in his kingdom Matthew 12:22-29.
To address your situation, we must first ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. The power that Jesus Christ has to even use the name, much less ask for anything, this is only possible when we are invited and are abiding in Him. It is through His death and Resurrection that Jesus has victory over all evil. Jesus has defeated Satan Colossians 2:15, He has stripped him of any authority and power. Without Jesus Christ there is no salvation. Salvation comes to every person who repents of their sin and accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
We must keep remembering that God is faithful, even in the times that Jesus Christ delivered the demon possessed, He was not simply relieving the individual of the demon but also receiving that individual into His care if that person was repentant. God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear, and He will provide a way out so that we can endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13.
To protect yourself and your pets, first, it's important to keep in mind that God is in control of all His creation. There is a distinction between us and the animals and they should be cared for as they are part of God's creation. However, the only thing that God is going to save is the spirits of men. Earth, animals, and everything else will be destroyed. The difference, a lot of people care more about the animals than they do about people. Another thing that can be said is do not love the creature more than the creator.
Be aware that dabbling in the occult, using a Ouija board, having a seance or having anything to do with a spiritualist as described in the bible can also cause demon possession. Jesus described walking down two roads. A narrow road that leads to eternal life and a broad road that leads to destruction. If we are not on the narrow road then we are on the broad one. Most people in this world will be destroyed and every unclean thing. It is only by believing in the deity, death, and resurrection of Christ one can be saved.
Just as Jesus drove out demons by His word, we too have authority in His name. Stand firm against the devil and he will flee from you James 4:7. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes Ephesians 6:11.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and deliverance for Robert and his pets. We rebuke the evil spirit of Beelzebub and command it to leave Robert and his home immediately. By the stripes of Jesus, Robert is healed and set free from every oppression and affliction.
Father, we ask You to surround Robert and his pets with Your hedge of protection. Wherever they go and whatever they do, let them be covered by the blood of Jesus and protected by Your holy angels.
We pray that Robert will continue to grow in his faith which is in Christ Jesus, Lord Jesus Christ, and to remain steadfast in Your Word. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Robert, stay strong in your faith and continue to seek God's face. Read and meditate the scriptures. Memorize them if you can. Read Psalms 91. Put on the whole armor of God daily, and stand firm against the wiles of the devil. If you are not already baptized of the Holy Spirit then you should seek that of God. It is only by the power of the Holy Spirit that we are ready to face the evils of the world. Remember, God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6. If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior or if you are not sure now is a great time as any. This is what you can do, admit you are a sinner, that Christ died for you, and that Jesus resurrected the third day, is alive and wills for you to repent and be blessed. Do this and get water baptized.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
