First, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we can find true freedom and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let's address the issues you mentioned. Firstly, the evil eye is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible, but we are warned against envy, jealousy and evil looks or harm, and witchcraft in Galatians 5:20 and others which involve curses and being harmed by evil intentions from others.
