Let's lift up 
We understand your struggles and your desperate need for deliverance. We are here to pray with you and to guide you according to God's Word. Let us remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
Firstly, we notice that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Therefore, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for He is the one who can set you free from every stronghold.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this beloved one and their entire family to You, asking for Your divine deliverance. Lord, break every chain, every bondage, every stronghold in their lives. Rebuke every spirit of fear, rejection, and failure. Lord Jesus, You came to set the captives free. We claim Your promise that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36, WEB). We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
