We understand that you're feeling oppressed and have requested prayer for deliverance from seven demons. We take your request seriously and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power and authority of Jesus Christ to set you free.
Firstly, we commend you for asking for prayer in the name of Jesus. This is vital because it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and can experience His salvation, protection, and deliverance.
Let us remember what the Word of God says:
Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings.
But may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
(1 Peter 5:8-10 WEB)
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7 WEB)
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh; 4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, 5 throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB)
Based on these scriptures, we see that our battle is spiritual, and our weapons are spiritual. We must be sober, watchful, and steadfast in our faith. We must submit to God and resist the devil. We can be confident that as we do this, the devil will flee from us.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention and deliverance for our fellow believer who is feeling oppressed by seven demons. We stand on Your word that says, "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you." (Luke 10:19 WEB)
We command these demons to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against our fellow believer will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment they will condemn. (Isaiah 54:17 WEB)
Father, we ask You to fill our fellow believer with Your Holy Spirit, strengthening their inner being with power through the Spirit, according to Your riches in glory. (Ephesians 3:16 WEB)
We pray that You, Lord, will establish, strengthen, and settle them, giving them the courage and faith to resist the devil and his schemes.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand strong in your faith, resist the devil, and remain steadfast in your walk with Christ. Remember, God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5 WEB)
If there is any area of your life that you need to surrender to God or any sin that you need to repent from, do so promptly. Confess your sins to God, who is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)
