We stand with you in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, rebuking the evil that has been taking place. The Bible is clear that oppression and abuse are condemned by God. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 4:1, "Then I returned and saw all the oppressions that are done under the sun: and behold, the tears of those who were oppressed, and they had no comforter; and on the side of their oppressors there was power; but they had no comforter." And in Exodus 21:26-27, "If a man strikes the eye of his servant, or the eye of his maid, and destroys it, he shall let him go free for the eye’s sake. If he strikes out his male servant’s tooth, or his female servant’s tooth, he shall let him go free for the tooth’s sake."
We agree with you in binding the principalities and powers working through this situation, standing on the authority of Jesus Christ and the Word of God. As Zechariah 3:2 says, "Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?'"
We pray according to 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."
We stand with you in asking for God's rescue and protection for you and your household. As it is written in 2 Timothy 4:18, "The Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen." And in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that will rise against you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants Yahweh, and their righteousness which is of me," says Yahweh."
We praise God that you have come to the knowledge of praying in Jesus' name and stand with you in this prayer. Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, standing against the oppression and abuse taking place. We bind the evil forces at work and ask that You dismantle their operations. We pray for Your rescue and protection over this household. We ask that justice will be served, and the abuser will repent and turn away from this sin. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and peace to be restored in this home. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
