We understand that you are seeking deliverance and prayer from Satan's evil, wicked, demonic, lying, unclean, perverse, tormenting spirits, and strongmen, and that you mention messengers whose eyes are blind and ears deaf to prayers, conversations, and actions. We stand with you in prayer and compassion, seeking God's will and deliverance in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power and authority that is in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and can experience salvation and deliverance. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Jesus Himself has given us authority over all the power of the enemy, and we can boldly use His name to resist and overcome the devil. As it is written in Luke 10:19 WEB:
Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you.
When facing spiritual warfare, it is essential to put on the whole armor of God, which includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. As it is written in Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB:
Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention and deliverance for Lotar. We stand against the evil, wicked, demonic, lying, unclean, perverse, and tormenting spirits that have been harassing and oppressing. We bind these spirits and command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ, for Your word says that every knee should bow, of things in heaven, things on the earth, and things under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Father, we pray for Your protection and covering over Lotar. Equip them with the whole armor of God, that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Give them the strength and courage to resist the enemy, and to draw near to You in times of trouble.
We also pray for discernment and wisdom, that Lotar may be able to recognize the schemes of the enemy and stand firm in their faith. Open the eyes and ears of the messengers, that they may be receptive to the prayers, conversations, and actions directed towards them.
Lord, we ask for Your healing and restoration in every area of Lotar's life. We pray that they may experience Your peace, joy, and love, and that they may be filled with Your Holy Spirit.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
