We join with you, Krasodau, in lifting up your petition to our Heavenly Father, seeking His divine intervention in your life and family. We commend you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and can find salvation (Acts 4:12).
Firstly, we address the personal struggle you mentioned. The Bible tells us to "flee sexual immorality" (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB), and this includes masturbation. We pray that God will strengthen you and help you overcome this temptation. May the Holy Spirit guide you towards purity and self-control, which are fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). Remember, God has promised that "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
We also stand with you in praying for your father's deliverance from the hands of kidnappers. We trust in the power of God to intervene in this situation, for "he will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him" (Psalm 91:15, WEB). We pray for God's protection and mercy upon your father and your family.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask for your deliverance, dear Lord, from the bondage of sexual sin and from the hands of evil. Shine your light into every dark corner of our lives and families, Lord. Strengthen Krasodau in the battle against temptation, and uphold their father in his time of need. May your mercy and grace be upon their family, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen."
Be strong and courageous, Krasodau, and keep your hope firmly rooted in Christ. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Trust in Him, and may His light shine brightly in your life and family.
