Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, to lift up the prayer request of ###. We thank you, Father, for your abundant grace and mercy that you have shown us. Jesus, we love you with all our hearts, and we place our hopes and trust in you. You are faithful and true, and we know that you hear our prayers. We surrender all our worries and concerns to you, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
