Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Luek, who is burdened by the struggles of their children, Mercy and Jack, who are trapped in the bondage of alcohol addiction. We lift up their names to you, knowing that you are a God of compassion and deliverance.
Lord, we acknowledge that you have the power to set the captives free and to break the chains of addiction. Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 61:1 that you have anointed Jesus to proclaim freedom to the prisoners and release to the oppressed. We claim this promise over Mercy and Jack's lives, believing that you can bring about a miraculous transformation.
We ask, Lord, that you would intervene in their lives and remove the desire for alcohol from their hearts. We pray that you would break the strongholds that hold them captive and replace their cravings with a hunger for righteousness and a thirst for your presence. Pour out your Holy Spirit upon them, convicting them of their need for you and drawing them closer to your loving embrace.
Father, we also pray for Luek, who is deeply concerned for the well-being of their children. Grant them strength, comfort, and peace during this challenging time. Surround them with your love and provide them with wisdom and guidance as they support and encourage Mercy and Jack on their journey towards freedom.
We declare victory in Jesus' name over the bondage of addiction in Mercy and Jack's lives. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us . May your grace and mercy be poured out upon them, leading them to a life of sobriety and restoration.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
