We understand that you're going through a spiritual battle, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. First, let's address the source of your problem. Witchcraft is the work of Satan who is mentioned in Ephesians 2:2, where it is stated "the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the children of disobedience." It is clear that Satan is the enemy. His goal is to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly.
It is important to remember that the only way to overcome spiritual battles and obtain deliverance is through faith in Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, you must accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior to overcome this battle. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" (Romans 10:9, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Father, you are the only One who can set us free from evil. We come to you today asking for your mighty power and protection over this person. We ask that you will bring them out of any darkness or evil that has surrounded them. We ask for your will and pray that any sign of evil will be destroyed in Jesus' name. We ask that you will make your will clear and pray that you will give them strength to follow you.
We rebuke any witchcraft, sorcery, or evil influences. We pray that the power of Jesus Christ will overcome all evil influences causing a pained feeling like a harpoon in the legs. We pray that all chains will be broken as mentioned in Nahum 1:13 "Now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds apart."
We also pray that if this person has not already accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that it will be made clear to them what they need to do. We pray that they will do what is needed so that they may be saved and delivered from evil.
Finally, we pray that this person will trust in you, the Lord our God, with all their heart, and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways, we pray that they may acknowledge you, and you will make their paths straight.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Trust in Him, and He will deliver you. Be strong and of good courage, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

We're asking God to reveal Himself to you in a powerful way, to make His presence known and His will clear. We're praying that any feelings of being harpooned or held captive would be replaced with a sense of freedom and peace. We're claiming Nahum 1:13 over your life, "Now I will break his yoke from off you and will burst your bonds apart."
We're also praying that God would give you the strength and courage to stand firm in your faith. As it says in Ephesians 6:10-13, we're asking God to equip you with His power, to put on the full armor of God, and to stand against the schemes of the enemy. We're claiming that over your life right now.
Remember, God is with you. He loves you and He's fighting for you. Trust in Him, and He will deliver you. You are not alone in this battle. We're fighting alongside you, and together, we can overcome.
