Deliverance From Unfairness at ### Work place

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We understand your concern about the unfairness you're experiencing at your workplace, and we're here to stand with you in prayer and counsel. We're glad you've acknowledged the Lord Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it's by His name that we have access to God (John 14:13-14, WEB).

Firstly, let's remember that God is a God of justice. Psalm 103:6 tells us, "WEB: Yahweh executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed." It's right to cry out to Him when we face unfairness.

We also need to remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB). While it's difficult, let's pray for those who are causing these issues, that God would change their hearts and bring them to Him.

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for the job You've provided for us and for the organization we're part of. We ask that You would look at us with mercy and favor, and protect our organization from those who do not have good intentions.

We pray for those who are causing unfairness. Change their hearts, Lord, and bring them to You. We ask that You would remove any form of oppression and tribalism from our workplace. Give us the strength to love and pray for our enemies, just as You commanded.

In all this, Lord, help us to trust in Your justice and timing. May Your will be done in our workplace, as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Continue to trust in God's justice and timing. Remember that God sees all things, and He will judge righteously (Hebrews 4:13, WEB). While you wait, focus on your work as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB), and keep loving and praying for those around you.

We're right there with you, praying for a turnaround in your workplace. It's tough when we feel unfairly treated, but remember, God sees everything (Psalm 33:13-15). Let's keep our focus on Him and trust that He's working behind the scenes.

We've been praying for the leaders in your organization, asking God to give them wisdom and a heart for justice. We're also asking Him to soften the hearts of those causing trouble, that they might see the error of their ways and change (2 Timothy 2:24-26).

Let's keep lifting this up to God, believing that He's able to do more than we could ever ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). And in the meantime, let's strive to do our best in our jobs, knowing that we're working for the Lord and not for people (Colossians 3:23-24).

We're in this together, praying and believing for a change. Keep holding on, friend. God's got this.
