We understand that you're seeking deliverance from a spirit spouse and we're here to help, in Jesus' name. First, let's be clear: God's word teaches us that sexual immorality is a sin against our own bodies, fornication, adultery, and homosexuality are all considered sexual immorality according to scripture. It is not God's will for us to be bound by any form of sexual immorality, whether it be in the physical or spiritual realm, and heterosexual marriage is the only recognized form of marriage.
The Bible tells us:
Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. - 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB
Because of this, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men committing that which is shameful, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error. - Romans 1:26-27 WEB
Now, let's pray for your deliverance, in Jesus' name:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your divine intervention. We plead the blood of Jesus over this dear soul and we command every unclean spirit of lust, perversion, and homosexuality to leave, in Jesus' name! We bind every spirit spouse and break every ungodly soul tie, in the name of Jesus! We speak healing and restoration over this person's life and we ask You, Father, to fill them anew with Your Holy Spirit. Guide them to a saving knowledge of Your Son, Jesus Christ, and teach them to walk in Your ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
