We understand that you are seeking deliverance from demonic oppression and asking for prayer to be illuminated with the truth to receive freedom from the enemy. We stand with you in prayer and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, it is crucial to recognize that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. As it says in Ephesians 6:12 WEB "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
To receive freedom from the enemy, we must first ensure that we have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
If you have not already, confess your sins and believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. This is the foundation of our faith and the first step towards freedom. As it is written in Romans 10:9 WEB If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Once you have made this commitment, it is important to put on the full armor of God described in Ephesians chapter 6. The sash of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit are essential for standing against the enemy's schemes.
In addition, we must not give the devil a foothold in our lives. This means avoiding sin and living in obedience to God's word. As it says in Ephesians 4:27 WEB "neither give place to the devil."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of the person requesting prayer. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over them and ask that You illuminate their heart and mind with the truth of Your word. Expose any areas of sin and darkness, and grant them the grace to turn away from it.
We stand against the schemes of the enemy and command every demonic influence to flee in the name of Jesus. We pray that the strongholds of the enemy would be broken and that they would receive freedom and deliverance.
Father, we ask that You would equip them with the full armor of God and teach them how to stand firm against the enemy's attacks. Surround them with Your protective hedge and fill them with Your peace and joy.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Remember, the battle is the Lord's, and He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy. Stand firm in your faith and trust in the power of God's word. As it says in 1 John 4:4 WEB "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."
If you have not done so already, we encourage you to seek support from a local bible-based church or fellowship of believers. They can provide additional guidance and prayer as you walk in freedom and deliverance. Also, be cautious to not open yourself up to any demonic influences that could have been the source of the oppression. Avoid movies, music, books, video games, and activities that could have been an open door for the enemy.
