Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We must also ensure that our businesses are conducted in a manner that honors God, for righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people Proverbs 14:34 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in ###'s business. Lord, You are the One who keeps us from stumbling, and You will make us stand in the presence of Your glory blameless with great joy Jude 1:24-25 WEB.
We rebuke any demonic influence, occultic, or marine witchcraft attacks on this business. We bind the forces of darkness and command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that You, Lord, will guard and protect this business, its employees, and its customers.
Father, please reveal any areas of this business that do not align with Your will. Give ### the wisdom and courage to make the necessary changes. We pray that this business will be a beacon of light and integrity in the marketplace, a testament to Your glory.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s personal walk with You. Strengthen their faith, give them peace, and help them to remain steadfast in Your Word. We ask that You surround them with a hedge of protection, physically, emotionally, and spiritually by the power of the holy spirit.
