Deliverance from anxiety of not going with Jesus

I have this feeling the rapture is going to happen today, and I’ve sinned against God and my spouse, pls forgive me Lord!

Talay, we understand your anxiety and concern about the rapture and the burden of sin you're feeling. Let's turn to God's Word together and seek His comfort and forgiveness.

Firstly, it's important to remember that no one knows the day or hour of the rapture. Jesus Himself said, "But no one knows of that day and hour, not even the angels of heaven, but my Father only." (Matthew 24:36 WEB) So, let's not be overwhelmed by anxiety, but instead be prepared and live each day for His glory.

Regarding the sin you've committed, remember that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them to Him. As it's written, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 WEB)

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and mercy. Lord, ### has confessed their sins to You, and Your Word promises that You are faithful to forgive and cleanse from all unrighteousness. Please grant ### Your peace, remove their anxiety, and help them to live each day ready for Your return. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we note that your request does not mention Jesus by name. Remember, it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
