Deliverance from animal spirits and spiritual enemies, enemy strongholds and contracts destroyed to walk with God and praise him

Hello my name is Unathi, I need deliverance from animal spirits. I have fallen to deception of the enemy thinking it was God sending words to me, there were clues to it being a trick but i wasn't humble to believe or have doubt that i was being manipulated. I pray for deliverance as they manipulated me to participate in dark rituals and I've only been in God's embrace for a few days and i dont know what prayer will help me. Things have been lessening more and more as the day's and hours pass but i feel pressured to ask for help and ask for forgiveness if they used me to harm others as I've been praying that for forgiveness if that happen. I humbly ask for a prayer on how to deal with this as I'm new to prayer and I've been learning. God did warn me but i failed to pick up on them.

It physically hurts sometimes but i won't stop praying and putting my fate in God as this is suicide inducing but i won't stop believing. I need to warm people about opening their third eye as this is a huge trap to be influenced by dark forces
