We join you, JesusourLordandSavior, in thanking the Heavenly Father for this beautiful day and for His unfailing ear to our prayers. We are grateful that you have acknowledged Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)
We stand with you in praying for the protection of your job. We ask God to surround you with His favor and grace in your workplace. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB)
We also intercede for the homeless man you encountered. We pray that the Lord will lead him to resources and people who can help him, and ultimately draw him closer to God. "For I was hungry and you gave me food. I was thirsty and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger and you welcomed me. I was naked and you clothed me. I was sick and you visited me. I was in prison and you came to me... Most certainly I tell you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me." (Matthew 25:35-36, 40 WEB) We are glad that you desire to give to the needy, as this pleases God.
You have also asked for forgiveness, which God is always willing to grant. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 WEB) We pray that you will experience the freedom and deliverance that comes from His forgiveness.
Concerning the attacks and evil you're experiencing, we rebuke the enemy in the name of Jesus. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7 WEB) We pray that God will grant you deliverance and freedom, and surround you with His protective hand.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue in your love for the Lord Jesus. Keep your focus on Him and His word, and He will guide your paths. "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." (Psalm 32:8 WEB)
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
