Let's pray for God to have mercy upon your situation.
Firstly, it is very important for your husband to recognize and repent from his abusive behavior. God's will for any familial relationship, especially marriage, is love, gentleness, kindness, service to God in Jesus Christ. Consider Ephesians 5:25 WEB: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it." The way Christ has showed love to the church is the model Scripture gives us for how husbands should love their wives. In Ephesians 5:31 the WEB says: "For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh." In Jude 1:7 the WEB tells us: "Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, having, in the same way as these, given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire." We must be clear. This is not God's will for marriage, especially.
Deliverance will be achieved through reinforcement of prayer in Jesus' name. Jesus, is the only way to God the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. In Jesus Christ's name, repent and have faith in God. Call upon his name through Jesus Christ in prayer. Speak to God always through Jesus Christ praying to and believing in Jesus Christ according to I Timothy chapter 2.1-6 WEB:
I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times.
Safety of your children is of paramount importance. The children are a gift and responsibility from God. According to Ephesians 5:28-29 WEB , so ought husbands to love their own wives as their own bodies. We would also like to remind you of this word of wisdom in Ephesians 6:4 WEB Fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Let's pray knowing that God is compassionate and that nothing can separate you and your husband from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord according to Romans 8:38-39 WEB:
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Dear God, You see the distress and know the pain your daughter is going through. We intercede on your behalf as a congregation and ask God to deliver your husband from his anger, first in repentance through Jesus Christ our Lord, faith in God, and forgiveness. We pray for the safety of you, your children and your family, similarly. We ask that he put on tender mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering, putting up with one another, and forgiving one another, according to Colossians 3:12-13. Father, we rebuke the spirit of malice and bitterness and pray for a spirit of forgiveness and love to prevail in his heart. Put within him a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within him, according to Psalm 51:10. In the name of Jesus and Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
