We understand that you're seeking deliverance and resolution from past witchcraft attacks. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through His name that we can find salvation and authority over spiritual conflicts.
We must remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. As believers, we have authority in Jesus' name to cancel any outstanding attacks or curses that may still be affecting you from that witchcraft attack in 2007. By the stripes of Jesus, you were healed and set free from every curse of the enemy.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who has been affected by witchcraft attacks. We thank You for the power of Jesus' name and the authority You've given us to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy.
We cancel, in Jesus' name, any remaining curses, spells, or spiritual attacks that may still be affecting our friend. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment they shall condemn. It is their heritage as a servant of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Christ. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
We pray for their continued freedom and deliverance, and ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, equipping them with the full armor of God to stand against any further spiritual conflicts.
