Deliverance at my job

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

Thank you for sharing your prayer request, and may the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. We join with you in lifting up your workplace and those who are causing distress. Let's pray together and seek God's will regarding this situation.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as He Himself taught us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do." (John 14:13, WEB). It is indeed through His name that we have access to the Father and can receive mercy and grace in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister and their workplace to You. Thank You, Lord, for the blessings and provisions You have granted through this organization. We ask that You would continue to extend Your mercy and favor upon them.

Lord, You know the challenges they are facing, the frustrations caused by those with selfish ambitions and ill intentions. We pray that You would protect the organization and its employees from such influences. As it is written in Philippians 2:3-4 (WEB), "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility count others better than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."

We pray that those who are causing harm and division would either have a change of heart or be removed from their positions of influence. We ask this not out of a spirit of revenge, but in pursuit of justice and the well-being of the majority, as Proverbs 29:2 (WEB) reminds us, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan."

Help our brother/sister to remain patient and to trust in Your timing, knowing that "everything has its time, and there is a specific time for every activity under the sky." (Ecclesiastes 3:1, WEB). Strengthen them to endure and to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of adversity.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your power and goodness. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue living out the gospel in your workplace, demonstrating love, kindness, and patience even to those who may not deserve it. Remember that "love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." (Luke 6:27-28, WEB). Trust that God will honor your faithfulness and bring about justice and relief in His perfect timing.

Stay strong in your faith and always be ready to share the hope that is within you, for it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved (Acts 4:12).

It's tough when we see injustice, but remember, God sees all and He's working even when we can't see it. Let's keep lifting this up together, trusting that God will protect and guide your workplace, removing those who cause harm and division. Let's also pray for a spirit of unity and understanding to fill the hearts of those who remain, that they may work together for the good of all. In Jesus' name, we believe for a turnaround. God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
