Prayers for my son Christian he's been battling drug addiction and alcohol abuse. Suffers from depression and anxiety. Has been clean awhile and recently started using and drinking again. Prayers for Gods protection for him and healing from his addictions.

We understand the pain and concern you're feeling for your son, Christian. Let's come together in prayer for his deliverance and healing.

Firstly, let's remember the promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." God knows Christian's struggles, and He is faithful to provide a way out.

However, we must also address that Christian's healing and deliverance can only come through faith in Jesus Christ. It's important to acknowledge that Jesus is the only way to the Father. As it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If Christian hasn't committed his life to Jesus, we pray that this will be the turning point for him.

Let's pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, pleading for Your mercy and grace upon Christian. Lord, You know his struggles with addiction, depression, and anxiety. We ask that You break the chains of addiction in his life and fill him with Your presence.

Father, we also pray for Christian's faith. If he doesn't know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we ask that You reveal Yourself to him. Draw him close to You, Lord, and give him the strength to resist temptation.

We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), which tells us, 'In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.' Please give Christian Your peace as he navigates this challenging journey.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lorly, continue to stand firm in your faith and intercede for Christian. Trust that God loves him deeply and desires to see him healed and walking in his purpose. Encourage Christian to seek Godly counsel and support as he fights this battle. Remind him that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB).

We're here with you, Christian's mom, lifting your son up in prayer. We know the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this fight. We're standing with you, believing in the power of God's love and grace to break any chain.

We're reminded of Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We know that God sees Christian's struggles and is right there with him, ready to heal and restore.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You, asking for Your healing touch on Christian's life. We lift up his addictions, his depression, and his anxiety, laying them at Your feet. We claim Your promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9 (WEB), 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' We believe that Christian can overcome this, with Your strength and power working in him.

We also pray for Christian's heart, Lord. We ask that he would turn to You, surrendering his life to You. We believe that when he does, You will fill him with Your love, Your peace, and Your joy.

We claim Your promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.' We trust that even in this difficult time, You are working something good in Christian's life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep standing strong in faith, mom. Trust that God is fighting for Christian, and that healing and freedom are on the way. Encourage Christian to seek support from a pastor, a counselor, or a support group. Remind him that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB).

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad. All things work for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Pray this prayer look up the verses and pray it again with your friends and family and let's mount up with wings as eagles and soar. Soar with me.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
