Lalulewd, we are joining you in prayer for deliverance and healing from your long-standing drug addiction and its physical consequences. Let us remember what the Word of God says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Our bodies belong to God and we must care for them, turning away from anything that harms us. We stand with you in rebuking the spirit of addiction, and we ask God to grant you strength and endurance in this battle. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
God promises a way out, and we pray that you seek Him with all your heart. Remember, too, that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God's saving power. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in Lalulewd's life. Lord, deliver them from this drug addiction and heal their body from the physical consequences they are experiencing. Strengthen their spirit, Lord, and help them to resist temptation. Give them the courage to seek help and to persevere in their journey to recovery. We trust in Your power to heal and save, Lord, and we thank You for the victory that is already won in Jesus' name. Amen."
Stay strong in the Lord, Lalulewd, and keep your focus on Jesus. With God's help, you can overcome this addiction and live a life that glorifies Him.
