Our God of peace, you have taught us that in returning and rest we shall be saved, in quietness and in confidence shall be our strength: By the might of your Spirit answer this request according to your will, we pray of you, so we may be still and know that you are God; through Jesus Christ our Lord. What, then, shall we say in response to these things ? If God is for us, who can be against us ?
Psalm 100
A psalm for giving grateful praise.
1.Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
2. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
3.Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4.Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
5.For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
