We understand that you are facing a difficult situation at work, with negativity and harm coming from your coworkers and supervisor. Firstly, we want to address that the use of "lol" (laugh out loud) in your prayer can seem lighthearted. We understand it may also may be an internet communication style, or a way to cope with the situation. It is important to be reverent in approaching the throne of God. Also, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His Name that we are saved and have access to God.
We are reminded of the scripture, For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, (2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB)
Let us pray together for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing a challenging time at work. We pray that You will deliver them from all harm and negativity that their coworkers are trying to bring against them. Lord, we ask that You deal with the supervisor who is listening to these things and intervene in this situation.
We stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We will not be troubled or distressed. God you say that your joy shall be my strength. Lord, we ask that You shield them with Your mighty arm and guide their heart. Help them to find Your way and replace any negativity with Your peace and joy.
Father, we pray for their coworkers and supervisor, that You would soften their hearts and turn their intentions toward positivity and support. We pray for a spirit of unity and cooperation in the workplace, and a spirit of forgiveness to be cast upon the perpetrators of the trouble. We pray for this believer's testimony to be a light in the darkness, and for God to be glorified through this situation. We bind the spirit of division and strife in Jesus name.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, was raised for our justification, and who gives us salvation from our enemies. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to put on the full armor of God each day before you go to work. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God; (Ephesians 6:14-17 WEB)
