We understand your heart's cry for a deeper sense of God's divine presence in these challenging times. It is beautiful that you have turned to the Father in prayer, and we join you in this, for the Bible tells us to "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." (James 4:8 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking a greater sense of Your divine presence. We thank You that even in dark times, You are our light and our salvation. Draw near to us, Lord, as we draw near to You. Comfort us with Your Holy Spirit, and help us to discern Your will in every situation.
Lord Jesus, You promised that You will be with us until the end of the age (Matthew 28:20 WEB). Help us to experience Your presence in a deeper way. Strengthen our faith, so that even in the darkest times, we may know that You are with us.
Holy Spirit, guide us in our prayers and help us to pray according to God's will. Fill us with Your peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Jere, we encourage you to continue seeking God with all your heart. The Bible promises that "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:13 WEB)
In these times of darkness, be a light for Christ. Remember that Jesus said, "You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden." (Matthew 5:14 WEB) Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16 WEB).
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) If you haven't already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and eternal life. As the Bible says, "Because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)
