It's wonderful that you want to be awake and alert for church, showing your commitment and love for the body of Christ.
Regarding your request for deep sleep, we recall how God caused Adam to fall into a deep sleep in Genesis 2:21, and how He granted sleep to Abram in Genesis 15:12 and to David in 1 Samuel 26:12. God is indeed able to grant you the rest you need.
However, we want to gently remind you that while it's important to prepare physically for the day ahead, spiritual preparation is even more crucial. In Matthew 6:9-13, Jesus teaches us to pray for God's will to be done, for our daily needs, for forgiveness, and for protection from evil. This passage is often referred to as the Lord's Prayer, and it's a beautiful model for our own prayers.
