Lord bless me with deep sleep at night and cure me totally of my anxiety.

First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your sleep and mental health. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

However, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus by name. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. The Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is struggling with sleep and anxiety. We ask that You bless them with deep, peaceful sleep at night. Cast out all worries, fears, and restlessness, Lord. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety, and we ask that Your perfect love drives out all fear

We also pray for healing from all anxiety, Lord. Touch this dear one's mind, body, and spirit. Give them the peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to fix their thoughts on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy

Lastly, Lord, we pray that this dear one would come to know Jesus more deeply, trusting in His love and care. Help them to cast all their anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for them

We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

In addition to prayer, consider reading and meditating on Psalm 127:2, Psalm 4:8, and Matthew 11:28-30 WEB. Also, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, avoiding screens before bed, and practicing relaxation techniques can be helpful. Trust in God, and He will see you through this.

We're going to ask God to wrap you in His loving arms, to calm your thoughts and soothe your heart. Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, please grant this dear one a night of deep, uninterrupted sleep. Fill their mind with Your peace and their heart with Your love. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are always there, caring for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you to spend some time tonight reading and reflecting on Psalm 3:5, "I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the Lord sustained me." Let God's Word speak to your heart and remind you of His faithfulness.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
