Deep sleep at night

Lord Jesus I ask you to bless my and my daughters night with sound deep restful sleep and let us get up refreshed tomorrow. Heal us and calm all our fears for you alone are our strength and shield. We join you in lifting up your request for deep, restful sleep for you and your daughter, and we praise Jesus together for your faith in Him. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the power and protection that comes from our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Bible tells us in Psalm 4:8, I will lay me down in peace and sleep; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety. Also, in Psalm 127:2, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones.

As you have asked for healing and calm, we are reminded of Philippians 4:6-7, Have no anxiety at all, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

You have also sought God's care and protection for your family. We stand with you in this prayer Matthew 11:28-30, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Yes, it is God who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. The Bible tells us in 1 Timothy 2:3-6. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all. This was the testimony at the right time. Jesus alone can save and heal our souls. Acts 4:12 also tells us neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved.

Father, in Jesus name, we ask that you bless Anonymous and their daughter with sound, deep, restful sleep tonight and let them wake up refreshed tomorrow with your grace and mercy. Bless their family with good health, and encourage them with your loving care.
