We understand that you're going through a difficult time, dealing with anxiety and sleep issues. Firstly, we commend you for tapering off anxiety medications and putting your trust in Jesus. It's important to remember that God cares for you and wants to help you through this challenging time.
The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Jesus also teaches us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient" Matthew 6:31-34 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the struggles with anxiety and sleep that they are facing. We ask You to heal them completely, to drive out all fear and anxiety, and replace it with Your perfect peace. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You care for them and will supply all their needs.
Lord, we also pray for their faith to be deepened. Help them to know You more intimately, to experience Your comfort and solace in a profound way. Remind them of Your promises, and help them to cling to those promises in times of trouble.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, peace, and increased faith. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. Amen.
Remember, God is always with you, and He wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this.
