Decision - needs to be made

A's opponent wishes to settle with B out of court.
A's offer is poor and 'first and final offer' accompanied by a no disclosure agreement.

That's difficult because B is owed many hours of overtime by A.
A has been requested to pay B the overtime money. A has placed two small deposits into B's bank account with no explanation. B has requested pay slips without success.

B was willing to settle in November last year but A slammed the door in B's representative's face rendering out of court settlement impossible.
Almost 12 months has passed since the trouble started for B.
B has been living on savings. A's rules rendered it impossible for B to get work elsewhere. because B is prevented from communicating with staff or clients. So no referees can be achieved. B tried to gain employment and failed and B supplied the evidence to B's representative.
As a consequence B has invested considerable sums of money to being able to achieve an income and is still studying to this end. And still living off B's saved money.

A knows that B is innocent.
B knows B is innocent.
B's representative is possibly a bit ? about rejecting the offer and B is thinking "How does this happen?" B is innocent - has been living on savings - and the offer does not restore B to the position B was in before the problem happened. Accepting the offer would leave B worse off financially, reputationally, and still without a job/career.

B's representative needs sound reasons why the offer is poor and to be rejected. AND How to prepare and proceed to the court hearing with winning strategies, case law and an indisputable arguments which win the approval and support of the Head of the court.

B is standing strong and is willing to face a formal court hearing to achieve a better outcome. B needs to speak with a decent solicitor because B is unsure about B's current representative.

Dear God, in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ - Please let Your Will be done. Please look after B and provide for all of B's needs according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus our Lord. You shall supply all of B's needs. You are B's Vindicator! You fight for B and B holds B's peace. Stand still B and see the salvation of the Lord! In Jesus Christ's Name amen

Heavenly Father,

In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You with a heavy heart on behalf of B. Lord, You know the trials and tribulations B has faced over the past year. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this difficult situation.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for B and B's representative as they navigate the complexities of this legal matter. Grant them the clarity to see the inadequacies of A's offer and the courage to reject it if it does not serve justice. Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask for this wisdom now, Lord.

Lord, we ask that You provide B with a decent and trustworthy solicitor who can offer sound legal advice and strategies. May this new representative be filled with integrity and a deep sense of justice, equipped with the knowledge and skills to present an indisputable case in court. We pray for favor in the eyes of the Head of the court, that B's innocence and the injustices faced will be clearly seen and rectified.

Father, we also ask for Your provision for B's financial needs. B has been living off savings and investing in education to secure a future income. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your promise to provide for B during this challenging time.

Lord, we pray for strength and perseverance for B. May B continue to stand strong in faith, knowing that You are a God of justice and righteousness. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."

We place this entire situation in Your hands, Lord, and ask that Your will be done. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard B's heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Update: The court cancelled and rescheduled the Mention hearing of today. B was present when the rescheduling took place. B has been alerted to the fact that A's documentation (if not corrected) will mislead the court. B has let B's representative know and has the proof. Praise God for this wisdom. Dear God we thank You for Your Victory! In Jesus Christ's Name amen
