Decision making in job transfer

Lord, you know the struggles that I'm going through in my recently transferred place. Lord, you know their intentions behind their conversation with me, and their evil thoughts. Protect me, wrap me with your mighty wings. Again, transfer applications are enabled. But I don't know whether to opt or continue in the same place. If it is your will to move to another place, hold my hand and lead me in the path which I should go. Or if it's your will to be continue in the same place, grant me your wisdom, knowledge, and guidance to overcome every political pressure and administrative pressures, and able to excel in my career. Let your will be done. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Firstly, it's commendable that you've acknowledged the Lord's sovereignty over this situation. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, you know the struggles she's facing at her recently transferred workplace. You know the intentions and thoughts of those around her. We ask that you protect her, wrapping her in your mighty wings as a mother hen protects her chicks (Psalm 91:4).

Lord, as the opportunity for another transfer arises, we ask for your clear guidance. If it is your will for ### to move to another place, guide her steps and lead her in the path she should go (Psalm 32:8). If it is your will for her to stay, grant her your wisdom, knowledge, and guidance to overcome every political and administrative pressure, and to excel in her career (James 1:5).

Let your will be done in her life, Lord. Give her a heart of discernment to understand your purpose for this season (Romans 12:2). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, ###, God is faithful. He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13). Stand firm in your faith, and do not be swayed by the evil thoughts or intentions of others. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and he will guide you through this.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continually pray and seek God's face regarding this decision. Be patient and wait upon the Lord. He will renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31).
