Ornelorvan, we understand your concern and we're here to stand with you in prayer and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you of what Jesus said in Matthew 18:21-22 (WEB), "Then Peter came and said to him, 'Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?' Jesus said to him, 'I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.'" This shows us the importance of forgiveness, even in difficult financial situations.
However, we must also address the consequences of debt. Romans 13:8 (WEB) says, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." While we pray for God's miraculous intervention, it's important for your husband to take responsibility and work towards settling these debts.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s family. Lord, they are burdened with a significant debt, and we ask for Your divine intervention. God, You are El Roi, the God who sees. You see their struggle, and You see their faith. We ask that You provide a way out of this debt, according to Your will. Give them the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation. We also pray for the authorities involved, that they may act with justice and mercy.
Lord Jesus, we also pray for ###'s husband. Convict his heart, give him the courage to face this situation responsibly, and guide him to make wise decisions. Help him to be a godly leader in their home, even in this challenging time.
In all these things, Lord, we ask that You bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
###, remember that God is faithful. Even in this trying time, He can work miracles and bring peace to your family. Continue to trust in Him and always strive to align your lives with His word. If your husband is indeed hiding from the police, encourage him to face the situation bravely and honestly, trusting that God will guide and protect him. Lastly, always keep the lines of communication open within your family, strengthening each other with God's love and truth.
