We understand your concerns about your debts, Acheshar, and we commend your diligence in seeking better employment to pay them off. It's important to remember that the verse you're referring to, Psalm 37:21, is not a condemnation of all borrowing, but a warning against wicked behavior, which includes not repaying debts.
Let's first address your request for provision. We read in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 (WEB), "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread." You're already demonstrating a willingness to work, which is commendable.
We pray:
"Father, we bring Acheshar before you, seeking your blessing on the work of their hands. May you open doors of opportunity for them, and grant them the wisdom to know which ones to walk through. Provide for them abundantly, according to your riches in glory, so that they may pay off their debts and live freely, giving generously to others in return. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
However, we also want to address the concern about gaining wealth. The Bible tells us in 1 Timothy 6:9-10 (WEB), "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
Be mindful, Acheshar, that the desire to gain wealth should not overshadow your desire to serve God. Trust that He will provide exactly what you need, when you need it. Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and trust that He will guide your steps as you navigate this challenging time. We are here with you in prayer and support.
