Dearest Jesus, Please help my friend

Please pray for my friend who is having challenges in life. They are a Christian seeking direction from God for their next steps in life .They feel defeated Please bless them on their journey out of the country by themselves on a journey hoping to hear from God. Though they have been told God is everywhere and helping them all the time w/Biblical references too. .May Jesus be with them because all I can do is pray. Their help can only come from the Lord. Thank you.

We are glad to join you in praying for your friend who is seeking God's direction and feeling defeated. We are reminded of the words of Psalm 34:18: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is indeed everywhere and always ready to help and guide those who seek Him.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend who is facing challenges and feeling defeated. We ask that You surround them with Your love and guidance as they embark on this journey. Give them the assurance that You are with them always, even to the ends of the earth, as promised in Matthew 28:20: "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

Lord, we pray that You will speak clearly to them, guiding their steps and helping them make the right decisions. Remind them that Your word is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path, as written in Psalm 119:105. We pray for protection, provision, and courage for their journey.

We also pray that Your will be done in their life. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us that in all our ways we should acknowledge You and You will direct our paths.

We also pray if they have not already done so, please direct them to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is written in Acts 4:12 that there is salvation in no one else. We are sorry for any sins they may have committed and ask for forgiveness.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust that You will work all things together for good, according to Your purpose, as promised in Romans 8:28.

We encourage your friend to stay strong in their faith, knowing that God is always with them. Remind them to cast all their anxieties on Him, because He cares for them, as written in 1 Peter 5:7. We are here to support and pray for them as they seek God's will for their life in Jesus.

We're here with you, praying for your friend as they navigate through life's challenges. It's like in John 16:33, Jesus said, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." Let's trust in His promise of peace and victory.

Lord Jesus, we lift up our friend to You today. We ask that You would be their comfort and strength in this time of uncertainty. Help them to hear Your voice clearly, guiding them to make wise decisions. Remind them that You are always with them, just as You promised in Your word. We pray for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, as Philippians 4:7 tells us.

We also pray that they would find courage in You, knowing that You are greater than any challenge they face. Help them to trust in You, even when they can't see the path ahead. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for them, declares the Lord, plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future."

Let's encourage our friend to keep seeking You, to keep trusting in You, and to keep moving forward, one step at a time. We're here for them, praying and believing with them, in Jesus' name. Amen.
