Dearest God
I pray for those that cannot see outside the prison in their minds. I pray for all who see the only solution to this is suicide, I pray that I myself stop 'spitting the dummy'.... & remember that I am in control of how I feel , & my loving Father I pray for the courage not to choose fear disguised as anger & self-pity . Every day is a new , fresh (wipe the slate clean day), I pray this in Jesus Christ AMEN
