Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who has been waiting patiently for ### months for a new role. Lord, we ask that You move the hearts of the hiring managers and recruiters, granting them the urgency, priority, and resources needed to expedite this process. We pray that You open doors and make a way for our friend to be accommodated immediately in the desired team.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide and make a way where there seems to be no way.
