Dear Sir, Sir i seriously need your prayers,my names are: AREMU ODUNAYO ADEDAYO, i work as internal auditor in infinity snacks and beverages Limited, Ijebu-Ode and sometimes around April this year, I discovered frauds and financial infractions committed by MD-Mr. Mohan Kaki and the HR-Tina Diogba with head of finance-Srinivas Rao Guduri . MD was constructing a new business in Ibadan and he was diverting infinity's money to finance this project at the expense of other shareholders / directors. He was also using infinity's technician like plumber, electrician to work for months in his project at Ibadan while infinity was paying the salaries of those staff When I discovered these frauds, I issued queries to HR and head of finance but MD called me and tried to lure me not to send the queries and the report to board members, I told him that they should answer the queries, instead of him allowing HR and head of finance to answer the query, he then issued query to me and I then forwarded the queries I issued to the board. The board appointed one of the directors among the board members who is a chartered accountant and forensic accountant-Mr Babatunde Ige to come to our factory / head office at Ijebu-Ode to investigate and review the queries I issued to HR and finance head, the man-Mr Babatunde Ige came and discovered that all what I raised in the queries are truth and that MD, HR and finance head actually committed the fraud and financial infractions I raised in my queries, he-Mr Babatunde Ige then sent his report to the entire board members and he corroborated my queries and told the board that those people committed the fraud, he even black copied me in his report to the board. On Monday-20th July, around few minutes to 6pm, my MD-Mr Mohan Kaki called me to his office and told me that my queries and report to the board have generated crisis within the board, hence he has decided that himself -MD, HR and finance head will resign and he has also concluded that he would sack me and would not allow me to stay and work in the company. He gave me termination letter that does not state any offence I committed, i didn't want to collect it initially but that Mr. Babatunde Ige told me to collect it and that it is the chairman of the company that my MD and others are working together to get rid of me because the chairman is also involved in their fraudulent way. My MD later sent the letter to my email and that Mr Babatunde Ige told me to respond to the mail and copy other board members to let them know that i do not merit that letter instead it was promotion and uplifting letter they ought to have given me for saying the truth, for not compromise my integrity and for exposing the fraud. However, up till now, no board member has responded to my mail, though that Mr. Babatunde Ige later told me that my MD and his cohort sent their resignation letter to the board. Sir I want You to pray for me that God in His infinity mercies reinstate me in that company -infinity snacks and beverages Limited, also God should open the doors of opportunities that are better that the one of infinity snacks and beverages Limited for me immediately.
